Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery takes 4–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🎄 Holiday orders
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 8. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of purchase, contact us at support@eamala.shop and we’ll make it right.
