How to Install Your EAMALA™ Aromatic Filtered Showerhead
This step-by-step guide will walk you through installing your new EAMALA™ showerhead. It only takes about 2 minutes and no tools are needed.

Before You Start
What’s in the box:
- 1 × EAMALA™ Aromatic Filtered Showerhead
- 1 × Shower hose
- 1 × EAMALA™ aroma filter cartridge (pre-installed)

Choose Your Installation
The EAMALA™ filter cartridge works 3 different ways, so it fits almost any shower. Pick the one that matches your bathroom.
Option 1: Handheld Shower (most popular)
Use the full EAMALA™ showerhead with the included hose.
1. Turn off the water.
2. Remove your old handheld showerhead by unscrewing it from the hose.
3. Connect the hose. Use the included EAMALA™ hose or keep your existing one. Make sure each end has its rubber washer.
4. Attach the showerhead to the filter. Align the EAMALA™ showerhead with the top of the filter cartridge and twist to tighten.
5. Connect the filter to the hose. Screw the bottom of the filter onto the hose and hand-tighten.
6. Turn on the water and check for leaks.
Option 2: Fixed Overhead Shower
Keep your current wall-mounted or rainfall showerhead and add the EAMALA™ filter.
1. Turn off the water.
2. Remove your fixed showerhead by twisting it off the shower arm.
3. Attach the filter to the shower arm. Align the top of the EAMALA™ filter cartridge with the shower arm and twist to tighten.
4. Reattach your showerhead to the bottom of the filter and hand-tighten.
5. Turn on the water and check for leaks.
Option 3: Bathtub Faucet with Hose
For tub setups with a handheld hose.
1. Turn off the water.
2. Attach the filter to the faucet outlet. Align the top of the EAMALA™ filter cartridge with the faucet connection and twist to tighten.
3. Connect the hose to the bottom of the filter and hand-tighten.
4. Turn on the water and check for leaks.
How to Replace Your Filter Cartridge
Each EAMALA™ filter lasts up to 200 showers, about 3–6 months. When the scent fades, it’s time for a fresh one.
- Turn off the water.
- Unscrew the showerhead (or your fixed showerhead) from the top of the filter cartridge.
- Unscrew the old cartridge from the hose or shower arm.
- Screw in your new EAMALA™ cartridge, then reattach everything.
- Turn on the water and check for leaks.
Need a new filter?
Tips for a Smooth Installation
- Keep a towel handy to catch any leftover water.
- Hand-tighten only. Tools can damage the plastic threads.
- If a connection still drips, make sure the rubber washer is seated flat inside the hose end. For extra security, you can wrap the threads with plumber’s tape (not included).
